YRIA was born in Paris in 1992. After a Bachelor of Design at the Higher National School of Applied Arts (ENSAAMA Olivier de Serres), she graduated from  Gobelins - l'Ecole de l'Image, as a Graphic and Motion Designer. Since 2015, she as been working as a visual artist, creating print & digital graphics for entities mainly belonging to the performing arts and audiovisual sectors.Over the past few years, she has been developping a strong interest for Greek traditional music and language, that she speaks fluently. Her musical journey started in 2018 through traditional percussions. In 2022, she began the oud, a traditional eastern & mediterranean chord instrument and she is now expanding into multi-disciplinary projects including music and visual arts.
